How long will one of your program take to straighten out my financial situation?

The amount of time you are enrolled in one of our programs actually depends on a number of factors, including total debt amount, number of creditors, available funds and which program your are enrolled in. During your financial consultation, we will establish an affordable monthly payment with our representative that will determine how long the program will take.

How is my credit report affected by enrolling in one of your programs?

You should be aware that your creditor report might show your participation in our credit counseling or debt settlement programs. It is possible that this could impair your ability to obtain additional credit accounts while you are enrolled in one of our programs.

Once you enroll in our program you are not able to use your accounts.

We are 100% committed to maintaining complete confidentiality. Your information will not be released to anyone except those persons authorized by you to receive information on your behalf. Of course, the creditors will be advised by us that you have contracted our service to assist you.

You should keep one credit card open for emergency use only and to help strengthen you credit rating once you have finished your program.

This is a very unlikely situation, in that creditors know that if they do not work with us to pay off your accounts they will likely not receive any payment on the account for a long time or ever.
