| Step 2: The next step in the settlement process is to identify the appropriate solution for your specific situation and explain to you how we will work with you to implement the chosen program. |

your consultant will help you determine an affordable monthly payment, which, after fees, will be put into a trust account, to be set aside for debt settlement purposes. You will continue to make these monthly payments until we are able to settle with one of your creditors.
